Job Summary

This position is responsible for the overall management of UCNSB’s fleet and facilities. This position supervises staff, schedules and administers maintenance and custodial work, and coordinates activities, financials, vendors, and manpower required for current and future needs of UCNSB’s fleet and facilities. About the fleet, this position oversees preventative maintenance and repairs for UCNSB automobiles, a variety of utility vehicles, heavy equipment, and generators. This position is responsible for ensuring that UCNSB has a safe, reliable, attractive fleet of vehicles, equipment, and facilities.

Education and Experience

This position requires the following education and experience:

Two-year degree in facilities management, property maintenance, architecture, or related field required. A minimum of five years of experience in facilities and fleet management, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity required.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

This position requires the following certifications, licenses, and registrations:

ASE Certification preferred.
