This three-day class is designed to give participants with no electrical background an in-depth understanding of electric utility operations. In addition, the class serves as review for participants familiar with electrical systems. This class provides participants with a working knowledge of the electrical systems found in today’s electric utility. As the world becomes more technical, those employees who are able to communicate on both a technical and non-technical level will be those who excel. The better an employee understands the utility’s product the reliable delivery of electrical energy, the better the employee can serve the utility. This class provides that understanding.
