Instructor
Dr. Rick Bommelje, co-author of Listening Leaders: Ten Golden Rules to Listen, Lead & Succeed. Rick has over 30 years of professional experience in leadership, supervision, management, and adult education. Rick is an Associate Professor in the Department of Organizational Communications at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Rick’s courses and seminars have benefited thousands of leaders from organizations worldwide including: Dow Jones and Company, Chrysler Corporation, Siemens Shared Services, Walt Disney World, AT&T, U.S. Army, Orlando Magic, FedEx and many others.

$125 per person for FMEA utility members
$150 per person for non-members
Cancellations after May 26, 2008 will be charged 25% of the registration fee. No shows will be charged 50% of the registration fee.
